Session Outline

2.1. Practice Soles of the Feet: Begin the session with practice.

2.2. Review of Previous Session: Review major content from Session 1.

2.3. Review of Assigned Between-Session Practice: Discuss how their practice went and troubleshoot barriers to practice.

2.4. Session Introduction: Explain the activities and content to be covered during Session 2.

2.5. Identifying the Feeling of Happiness: Provide basic psychoeducation on the emotion happiness.

2.6. Identifying a Happy Event: Gather information to create an in vivo pleasant emotional experience.

2.7. Applying Soles of the Feet to a Happy Situation: Practice making the pleasant emotion disappear or diminish by using the Soles of the Feet routine.

2.8. Post-Practice Discussion: Debrief the practice.

2.9. Session Closure: Review key content of Session 2.

2.10. Assign Between-Session Practice: Reiterate importance of practice and assign practice.

2.11. Practice Soles of the Feet: End the session with practice.
